  • Appointment availability is subject to technician availability and service area coverage.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We get it. Plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Emergency Service bookings are non-refundable if cancelled after dispatch

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks and online payments

  • Invoices for commercial services must be paid within 30 days from receiving the invoice.

Refund Policy

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your service and we will work to resolve your issue
